It's July 2006 and I'm working hard to finish my backpacking in Canada site. I'm hoping to have
it finished before mid-August so keep checking back around then for what I hope will be a pretty kick-ass
resource for all you guys heading to the Great White North.

Canada isn't as set up for the independent traveller as Europe but the backpacking scene is definately growing, spurred
on by working holiday makers and backpackers eager to explore this vast country and enjoy some Canadian hospitality. Whether you
are planning on heading to Whistler to work a ski season, learn some French in Quebec, enjoy the celtic vibe of the Maritimes, or chill
with the Inuit - Canada has something for everyone, coast to coast to coast.

Make sure to wear the right clothing
for your trip across Canada. Don't get caught in the cold or heat
without the
right gear! You'll also need some great luggage
so you can pack all those clothes. Make sure you're not just packing handbags
and get the proper sized backpack for the trip.
