Stay far far away.
I stayed in this hostel march of 2005, it was absolutely horrible. It was in a crappy part of town, but close to the tubes. I booked online through hostels.com, but when I got there they said they weren't related and tried to charge me an extra $60, so I had to print out my full itinerary at a friends place, so they couldn't rip me off. All but one of the staff were rude. And the bathroom (1 floor down) rarely worked, and the showers smelled like piss. Also and extra 2 bucks a night if you wanted to use the lockers. My rating = crap - stay away from icy showers and non flushing toilets.
