Clean and cozy.
I stayed in the girl's dorm - the guys dorm is occasionally invaded by pigeons (I saw them fly in) so keep this in mind. The dorms were pretty clean and comfy; nice roomy lockers. Coat hooks provided. The toilet ran out of paper, was smelly, the shower drain was clogged. Bring your wellies. All for twenty quid! There's no nonsmoking lounge, but you can sit in the lobby and cafeteria. Breakfast is inclusive, plus you can buy meals in the cafeteria. OK for London prices. Kitchen is OK, but small considering the number of people staying, could use more utensils. Holland Park is lovely and green. I had nice strolls each evening. The tube station, High Street Ken, is 15 minute walk away along High Street Ken. Staff told me not to use Holland Park tube, even though it is closer. I'd stay again.
