One word.... mice. They were everywhere, one even chewed a hole in my day pack. This hostel is cheap, but it's in desperate need of a
renovation and major spring clean. There's a TV room, which would be a cool place to hang out if it wasn't so full of smokers.
Crap facilities but cheap.
This place is really only suitable for a night or two if you're on a budget. It does have breakfast (cereal and toast) included,
but the showers were terrible - one foot cubicles with absolutely nowhere to put clothes to keep dry. The washing mashine
(may have been a temporary issue) didn't wash properly and chewed a hole in my top. THe dryers were just pathetic - I ran them twice and
still had damp cothes. The whole place just has this fusty smell, which is mainly because fire regulations demand a closed door every few
feet, but it just doesn't feel clean. There are a lot of long term people - I don't know how they stand it.
