Great staff, location and good facilities.
I didnt know much about this hostel and booked it on Hostel of Europe website as the one I wanted was fully booked. But I am so glad I chose this one. The staff are really great, the location is 5 mins walk from Westminster Bridge and Big Ben. Prices are really good too, and for once I found a hostel that was always clean and tidy. The facilities are good, and are getting better.
