Very clean with helpful staff.
This Hostel is the cleanest I've ever stayed at! The hostel crew are pretty helpfull and can help you out in English, French, German, Spanish and italian too. But anyway, the whole crew just try to help you out the best way they can! They rent bikes and have a 24 hour laundry, bar and internet service. The best is their pool table! The hostel is pretty close and only three subway stations from the train station Berlin-Ostbahnhof. You take the S-Bahn for one stop to "Warschauer Str." there you change to the "U-1" and go to the station "Görlitzer Bahnhof". The Hostel is directly opposite the station, lefthand side. I have to work pretty often in Berlin and I stay in that hostel every time. I do recommend this place very much!
