Seriously the coolest, most enjoyable hostel!
The people below my comment said it all, but i just want to reiterate that people return every year to this hostel because they're guaranteed to have a good time. Although it's not in the center of the city, there is a bus line that takes you directly to a HUGE supermarket where you can buy groceries and then cook in the kitchen in the hostel. It was so awesome to cook dinner with everybody and then relax at the long table and drink wine until 5am.

Stay here if you want to experience Budapest!
One of the best hostels I stayed in!!! Really great atmosphere. This was my last stop on my trip through Czech Republic-Slovakia-Hungary and everybody who went or was planning to go to Budapest, stayed or was going to stay in this hostel.

Best hostel in Europe.
This was the most relaxed place I stayed while in Europe and the great vibe transferred over to the fantastic people that stayed there. Great atmosphere, accomodating staff, full kitchen, cozy yard and movie room plus the HOT showers (yay!) I couldn't have asked for more. Thanks to Witt (and brother), "English Guy" Dennise (?), and the two Irish girls, thanks for dragging me out to the Citadel that night. Good times! ;-)

A really awesome place to call home for a few days.
This was one of the best hostels I stayed in in all of Europe. If I was to run a hostel I would do a lot of things they have done. Love all of the chill out areas, balconies, hammocks and chill out area in the backyard. I also went on an amazing 'Caving' Tour run by the hostel which was just incredible. Seems to attract really down to earth travellers too and there is none of the democratic or uppity s**t.

One of the best hostels I've ever been to.
This small hostel is about 10 minutes from the city centre in Buda and is one of my favourite places in the world. The place is laid back and homey feeling and has a great vibe. There are hammocks in the backyard, amazing murals in every room, a cozy common room, and well travelled, helpful staff. The kitchen is pretty small but will do the trick. The tiny table pretty much forces people to socialise. They seem to have thought of everything... there's a list of pizzas and they'll take your order for you, rent you a video for free from their collection, and they even organised an outing to a rave at one of the baths which was one of the most amazing and bizarre experiences of my life! Apparently they're on one Saturday every month, so see if you can fit one in! I really can't say enough about this place so just go and see for yourself!
