Don't go there sister!
I strongly recommend finding elsewhere to stay in Budapest. Not only did they bugger up our booking, the guy who owns it was rude and
swore constantly (to his staff and guests!) We actually stayed in one of the apartments which when we arrived, we literally had to wade
through an overflown toilet to get to our room, where the only entrance was through the bathroom. So if someone else was taking a shower, we were
trapped in our room. To make our expreience even worse, the locked glass door to the dorm adjacent meant we could clearly hear the conversation
(and spewing) of our fellow guests who arrived home at 5am.

For meeting some interesting people you'll love it.
I can't understand the bad reviews I've read about Yellow Submarine, after how much of a good time I had there. Yes it wasn't clean, yes
doors were falling off, yes I never saw breakfast. But it was cosy and seemed to be buzzing with friendly and interesting bohemian traveller
types with all sorts of stories. No one went to clubs - they sat in the kitchen, smoked, shared cheap wine and got drunk together. This is how
hostels should be. Stop being so fussy and clean!

Crap.
Do not stay at this hostel, it is quite possibly the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. The facilites were dirty and stank of piss.
We were given the dorm which is also the communal TV and internet room, it's fun being woken up at 7am by a queue of people wanting to check
their emails. The staff are rude and disorganised, they lost our booking that we had confirmed just 3 days earlier, if you don't give them your
passport you have to give them a 20 euro deposit. I'm sure this place is a fire hazard too, it is a tiny flat which has been hastily converted
into a hostel. The mens facilities cram two toilets and a shower into a space only really big enough for a bath. It is on the 3rd floor and
there is no fire escape. Doors to other people's rooms are covered up with sheets - the security is appalling. And most importantly - for the
shit-hole that this place is its not cheap! I've paid a lot less for a lot better.
