Place to come if you're looking for a hooker.
When I was first trying to find this hostel I thought I had accidentally wandered into the Red Light District. But no, I had the right place. There were prostitutes 'working' out front and my room window allowed me to witness the success of their profession. The location is excellent though, right off the very center of the city, Puerta Del Sol, so pick your priorities. I could smell the cigarette smoke as I walked in, but that's not so unusual in Spain. The rooms have locks but you have to get the key from reception each time you enter the room which can be annoying. It's alright, but for the price I found it worthwhile to look elsewhere.
