Good location and staff and cheap too.
I had a great time last year in Cardiff. The staff are amazingly friendly and the location is good - 10 minutes walk to the city centre and even closer to the train station. There is a tiny kitchen but it has anything you need. The bar is lovely and always busy, the perfect place to meet people. There is a lounge area where you can play pool, watch TV or surf the internet. In addition, it's pretty cheap!
