Canadians are far luckier than their Yankee cousins to the south when it comes to obtaining work visas within Europe, but there are still only a handful of options to be able to consider.

Ireland	Canadian non-students between 18 - 35. Canadians who are over 35 may apply as students if they are in full-time post secondary education or recent grads. The visa is valid for 1 year.	Cost is $345 with SWAP for both students and non-students. You must go through SWAP.	$2,000
France	Canadians aged 18 - 35. No student status required. The visa is vald for 1 year.	Cost is $250 with SWAP and ??? if you do it yourself through the French Embassy.	$2,500
Germany	Canadians who are full-time post secondary students or recent grads. Minimum age 18, no maximum age. The visa is valid for 3 months and you must go between May 15th and October 15th.	Cost is $425 with SWAP. You must go through SWAP to get this visa.	$2,000
Austria	Canadians who are full-time post secondary students or recent grads between 18 - 30. The visa is valid for 6 months or 1 year (with a pre-arranged job).	Cost is $550with SWAP. You must go through SWAP to get this visa.	$2,000
