New Zealanders
New Zealanders have a bit of a selection when it comes to work visas for Europe, but not as much choice as the lucky Aussies.
For all of the programs listed, visas may be obtained directly from
the country's embassy, or through an agency called IEP. This company basically gets your visa for you and offers things like
hostel accommodation on arrival, airport transfers, a handbook, an orientation, a phone card, mail holding and social events. They also offer assistance in getting bank accounts which, in my opinion,
is the only really useful service offered. The difference in the price of the visa versus the cost of the IEP program is quite high and if you don't mind working a few things out for yourself, you
should just contact the embassy for your visa and go it alone. If you're travelling for the first time though and a bit nervous, it might be worth the extra for some support. All fees and support funds are listed in New Zealand funds.
