The worst hostel we stayed in.
When we booked this hostel the site said it had a free pick up service - it didn't we has just landed in Oz after a very long flight
and then had to find a way to get to this dump! When we arrived our room wasn't ready then to top it all off the people who run the hostel had
an all night party (not very considerate of our horrendous jet lag) and then spent the next day slumped all over the common room so we stayed
in our room. The kitchen is disgusting no-one had washed up and from what we could gather it was those who ran the hostel or lived there long
term. They made us feel very unwelcome and made a bad start to our trip. First hostel didn't make a very good impression of Australia. Just a
note : it is situated next to a very busy (noisy) road and above a club that goes on all night. Stay away don't make our mistake. We re-named it
the Sh!tz for Backpackers
